Lovin' It

Hailey and I arrived in Nashville on Tuesday and so far we love it! People are so incredibly friendly, even when driving and I have no idea where I am going so I'm cutting them off. There are mountains everywhere, sweet tea at every restaurant, and sirs and maams all over the place :) While the transition of moving is sure to be rough, we can't wait to be settled here so ya'll can come to visit (just practicing!).

Outta here

Jona headed out this afternoon. After a rough night with Hailey and the sweat fest of packing his truck, I'm not sure it was all that difficult for him to leave. Hailey gave him big hugs and kisses and we are already excited about joining him in Nashville on Tuesday. Of course, I have to survive my first night shift and a flight alone with an 18 month old first!!

Getting Ready

I'm starting this blog in an attempt to keep myself organized and relatively sane during our upcoming move to Nashville. Not sure that is likely, or even possible, but its worth a little effort. My other goal is to keep Jona from feeling like he is missing out on things at home while he is up there on his own. Wouldn't want Daddy to feel left out. So I will try to post often with lots of pictures. Again, maybe not too likely but I will indeed try!
